Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Go Reach HQ website at goreachhq.com and any related services we offer (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Who we are

Go Reach HQ is an international recruiting firm focused on finance, operations, and supply chain, based in New York, NY. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Go Reach HQ.

What the Services are (and aren't)

The Services let you learn about Go Reach HQ, view open roles we're placing on behalf of partner firms, and submit your resume or application for consideration. The Services do not create an employment relationship between you and Go Reach HQ or any partner firm, and they do not guarantee placement, an interview, or an offer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services.

Your submissions

When you send us a resume, application, or other information, you confirm that:

  • The information is accurate, current, and your own;
  • You have the right to share it and to allow us to share it with our partner firms and hiring teams in connection with evaluating you for roles;
  • The information does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law or agreement you have with a third party (including confidentiality or non-compete obligations).

You grant Go Reach HQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and share your submissions with partner firms and hiring teams for the purpose of recruiting services. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or experience;
  • Use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm anyone, or to transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
  • Scrape, copy, or otherwise extract data from the Services except as expressly permitted;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them or any related systems;
  • Use the Services to violate any applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Services, including text, design, logos, and code, are owned by Go Reach HQ or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Services for personal, non-commercial use. All other uses require our prior written permission.

Third-party links and sites

The Services may link to external job-application pages or other third-party websites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we're not responsible for their content, policies, or the way they handle your information.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information they contain is complete or current. We don't guarantee any particular outcome from submitting your resume.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Reach HQ and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to US $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Reach HQ from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms or if we decide to stop offering the Services. You can stop using the Services at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
