Role responsibilities
- Build analysis and insights features, including chat functionality within the platform
- Develop incentive and recruitment features to support self-serve growth, including building out participant lists and panels
- Contribute to product experience and design, including overall platform design and design systems
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams on product-heavy initiatives
- Work on platform-level challenges such as distributed systems and APIs
Requirements
- 2-8 years of experience as a full-stack or platform engineer
- Comfortable working end-to-end across product, design, and platform-level systems
Compensation: $200K–$300K plus competitive equity. Visa sponsorship available (O-1, H-1B transfer, H-1B1).
Work policy: 5 days/week in-office in San Francisco, CA.
