Our client, a leading online bank, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Boston, MA. This role involves accurately and efficiently handling customer inquiries related to a wide range of digital banking products and services. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong knowledge of the bank’s offerings, policies, and procedures while striving to meet service standards and entry-level sales goals.
Role responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer calls regarding accounts and services.
Maintain strong knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and procedures.
Handle complex customer issues independently while minimizing risk.
Listen actively and apply appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Resolve basic customer complaints with minimal supervision.
Meet entry-level sales and service goals established by management.
Requirements
- 1-15 years of relevant experience.
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Background in customer service is preferred.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
