Day to day operations for all Funds and co-investment vehicles. Meet with leadership regarding investments, performance and strategy. Working with CFO and Deal Team on funding and valuation of investments.
Role responsibilities
- Day to day operations for all Funds and co-investment vehicles
- Meet with leadership regarding investments, performance and strategy
- Working with CFO and Deal Team on funding and valuation of investments
- Quarterly financial statements and investor’s capital account statements for all Funds and co-investment vehicles: review work prepared by our third-party administrator.
- Annual financial statements for all Funds and co-investment vehicles:
- Work with tax provider on reporting and compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local taxes.
- Working with internal systems for automation/efficiencies in the finance team
- Coordinating with Capital Formation team in performance reporting
- Coordinating with external GPs on due diligence and other requests
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of Private Equity Fund Accounting experience (with current experience in-house)
- CPA preferred but not required
- Prior public accounting experience preferred, but not required
