Strategic Finance & Planning: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis to inform executive decision-making and accelerate growth.
Role responsibilities
- Strategic Finance & Planning: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis to inform executive decision-making and accelerate growth.
- Executive presence: Operates as a peer within the leadership team, contributing to strategic discussions, exercising independent judgment, and engaging with the CFO and executive team as a collaborative counterpart.
- Board Materials & Investor Relations: Prepare board decks, investor updates, and financial narratives that translate data into strategy.
- Month-End Close & Reporting: Own the close process and produce accurate, timely financial statements and management reports.
- Financial Model Ownership: Refine and maintain the company’s financial model; build ad-hoc analyses for various program, pricing scenarios, and long-range planning.
- Cash & Treasury Management: Manage cash positions, optimize treasury operations, and oversee banking relationships.
- Fundraising & Financing Support: Support capital raises and manage associated due diligence processes.
- Financial Operations: Manage accounts payable, consolidation across entities, cap table management, financial controls, and approval workflows.
- Cayman Islands: Support operations of Cayman entity, including compliance, AML, financial operations, and regulatory management.
- Technology & Automation: Leverage AI tooling and engineering resources to optimize and automate financial and back-office workflows to support a technology-first operating model.
Requirements
- 5+ years in investment banking, financial consulting, or strategic finance with significant experience with financial modeling and board-level output.
