Develop and maintain CLO models to support testing requirements, including overcollateralization, interest coverage, and collateral quality tests in accordance with indenture guidelines.

Role responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain CLO models to support testing requirements, including overcollateralization, interest coverage, and collateral quality tests in accordance with indenture guidelines.

  • Perform pre-trade analysis using CLO models and approve proposed trades within the front-office system.

  • Review, reconcile, and validate data supporting trustee monthly and quarterly payment reports.

  • Partner with Finance to identify expected management fees and reimbursable expenses, including preparation of accrual calculations and supporting documentation.

  • Prepare and distribute weekly CLO snapshots to portfolio managers and the trading desk, including KPIs, position summaries, pro forma distributions, redemption analysis, and transaction activity.

  • Support ad hoc requests related to due diligence, RFPs, audits, revenue, and fee analysis through data collection and analysis.

  • Maintain borrowing base files for leverage facilities and coordinate fundings and paydowns as directed by portfolio management.

  • Update monthly team metrics and quarterly reporting packages.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of CLO reporting experience out of a fund or advisory/consulting CLO groups.   
  • Knowledge of Wall Street Office, Aladdin, and Bloomberg a plus.
  • Operational knowledge of both broadly syndicated and Middle Market CLO structures, leverage facilities, warehouses, and other structured products.
