Create and maintain monthly/annual budget and cash flow reports. Oversee preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Perform monthly reconciliation of Profit and Loss statements. Review project costs and reconcile them with the budget.
Role responsibilities
Create and maintain monthly/annual budget and cash flow reports.
Oversee preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
Perform monthly reconciliation of Profit and Loss statements.
Review project costs and reconcile them with the budget.
Compile information for quarterly sales tax and payroll tax reporting.
Review AP/AR reports monthly and provide input on activity and timing.
Coordinate payroll processing with Human Resources.
Requirements
8 years of experience in the Construction industry required.
Proficiency in Sage 300, formerly Timberline Software required.
Experience with Procore software - highly preferred.
CPA certification - strongly preferred.
