Role responsibilities
• Direct and oversee all aspects of finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance and accounting professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Collaborate with senior executives and sales teams to align financial strategies with broader business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain robust internal controls.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making across operational and strategic initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external banking and insurance entities to support organizational needs.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including consolidations and audit preparedness.
• Assess and enhance financial systems and technologies for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive process improvements in areas such as cost management, inventory control, and margin analysis.
Requirements
5 to 7+ years of accounting or audit experience with exposure to Financial Services.
BS in Accounting.
Strong Excel CPA is a big plus.
