Role responsibilities
Manage Fund and GP general ledgers, recording quarterly expenses, accruals, intercompany payments, investment transactions, and limited partner allocations.
Produce quarterly and annual financial statements.
Aid in annual audits and tax filings.
Monitor cash positions for designated Funds.
Handle calculations, recording, and processing of Fund and Investment capital calls and distributions.
Liaise with Investor Relations to address limited partner inquiries.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in investment accounting, fund accounting, or financial reporting.
Hands-on proficiency with Yardi software is required.
Strong understanding of securities, investments, and accounting principles.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with investment management systems are a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and in team settings during the contract term.
