Role responsibilities
• Act as the site’s financial leader and strategic partner to the General Manager and leadership team to achieve financial targets and support organizational growth.
• Develop and execute financial plans and operational rhythms, such as weekly and monthly forecasting and performance tracking.
• Provide financial insights and leadership for key business decisions, including pricing, capacity planning, investments, and productivity initiatives.
• Oversee accounting operations, including cost accounting, accounts payable/receivable, inventory management, audit support, and risk management.
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage the site’s budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes, delivering actionable insights and variance analyses.
• Drive cash flow optimization and working capital improvements through inventory management, accounts receivable collection, and capital expenditure prioritization.
• Support capital expenditure requests and track spend against approved budgets, ensuring proper accounting and reporting.
• Provide operational and commercial analytics to link financial outcomes with operational drivers, such as labor utilization, throughput, and cost-to-serve metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling) Experience with ERP systems or financial tools (Adaptive, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
